Room was out dated and furnishings were old and worn. The room smelled stail and sour. Will not stay again on future trips to Farmington.

Please read before you book! The smell once you walked in was disgusting. The mattress was worn and lumpy. The staff was rude and empathetic to my concerns. We went for a graduation, so we were excited that my 3 year old would be able to swim since the town does not offer much. But the pool was so freezing that we could not get in. The hot tub was about the same temperature, so we could not get in that. When we asked the front desk what was going on we were told that they just switched to summer temps. We later tralked maintenance who informed us that the boiler had been out and they have been waiting for parts. It was upsetting that we were not told this at check in and than we were lied to. The hotel backs up to the river which is infested with drunks n homeless people begging for money. It was horrible inside and unsafe outside. Very disappointed!
